Dancer Diary #8 – Farewell Jazz Fans!

I think we were all sad to see the season end. I can never get enough JAZZ basketball! What a crazy season we’ve had. Although it has been sad to see people go, it has been quite an incredible journey. Also, welcoming so many new faces to our team has been such an excitement! No matter what, I will always have a love for the passion and hard work of our players and coaches.
Speaking of team, can I just say what an amazing group of dancers I have been fortunate to be apart of? The girls this year have been exceptional to work with. Each one of them is beautiful in every way possible. They are all such sweet spirits and there isn’t one of them that I don’t adore and get along with. Not to mention what great dancers they all are! I am really going to miss this team. Following our last game we all left in tears. They pretty much had to pry us out of our locker room. Recently we had an end of year party to really finish things off. We all got together for dinner and to share memories of the past year. Not only did we get to look through many great photos but we also received a DVD of all of our many dances throughout the season. Thanks to our wonderful captain Nicole! Each of us were spoiled with lovely gifts from one another.
Now that there’s no JAZZ basketball I just don’t know what to do with myself! Finals have taken up most of my time, however I only have one more week of school left. Then it’s off to training, teaching and many fun appearances. I just wish the basketball season would never end. The Jazz games are just such an amazing experience to be apart of, filled with excitement. What many of you don’t know is that the dancers and Bear are busy on the off-season making appearances for the Jazz organization. Summer appearances are fun… we seem to do a lot of marathons, 5K’s and golf tournament as representatives for The JAZZ. We are also really busy training for auditions. This summer our coach and trainer have planned 3 different boot camps to help us get is shape for the auditions.
Well I hate to say goodbye… I can’t believe the season is over. Thank you again Jazz fans for being the most AMAZING fans in the NBA!! We love and appreciate you very much. Have a very happy and hoppy Easter! I hope to see you all again next season! Long live Utah JAZZ basketball!

Wow over a thousand views but no replys. I envy the young to be able to move so well. Keep dancing as long as you can. Good luck!
I absolutely LOVE the JAZZ dancers and Sydney is my favorite one! Such a beautiful girl, talented dancer and very intelligent! What a great representative of the Jazz organization! Keep it up Sydney! You are a great example to my two teenage daughters!
BTW a few of your dancers this past year were very thin… boy like thin. One of my daughters asked if they were anorexic. I would hope in the future you have dancers that look more healthy. The girls that were way to thin in my opinion were Chelsea, Tasha and Keri. Eat girls!
