Championship quality

Utah jazz

So many exciting things about this jazz team. It’s getting ridiculous the amount of time I’ve spent watching games and then highlights of them over and over. Dwill is playing out of his mind yet beating himself up for poor first half performances and shooting. He knows he can play a lot better and that is a scary thought to jazz opponents. The jazz are playing mercilessly so far and it has been enjoyable watching the body language of opposing players and fans as our jazz (in mortal kombat fashion) “finish them.” The road trip couldn’t have ended any other way then capped off with a dwill floater to beat the Bobs. While their first half play couldn’t be any more disappointing, one important quality of a championship team is that killer instinct needed to close out teams. They seem much more focused on the big picture this year and while they wait for Al to roll with the flow they are finding ways to win. Ak is hitting clutch 3’s and Dwill is clutch as ever. I would call it luck if it was just the Miami game, but they did it five nights in a row. This leads me to the conclusion that even though they have the chemistry issues and first half struggles, which should eventually resolve, the killer instinct and fight they have showed put them in the pack of legitimate title contenders. With memo coming back it just gives the jazz another clutch weapon to close out teams. And we have no excuse not to beat LA. If we have to use a dwill, Jefferson, okur, fez, and elson lineup. But seriously let’s not worry too much about lineups and chemistry and just trust that Sloan knows what he is doing and will finally bring Utah a championship.

Go jazz. Beat LA
