The Jazz or Spazz which will it be tonight?

Jazz face the rockets tonight after i sad loss to memphis. I fall in the category of an angry jaz fan. However Deron has not given up and never will. he cn not do this on his own we need more consistancy out of are other starters. Milsap played soft last night. CJ who knew he was even on the court. Raja wow what a dissapoinment, gotta love his D but where is his O. And finally al Jefferson what a pick up (sarcasm) he never goes up strong watson boards over him and where is his D non exsistant. And proof to our lack of defense ability is that we run the zone 90 percent of the game. Zone defense is lazy defense and for shooting teams ( championship teams ) zone defense does not stand a chance.

The jazz need to mix things up in the near future. Mehmet Okur can stay home and collect a paycheck but should be his last signed by the jazz we need to ship him and AK outta here for a true center. The jazz have never picked up a big man with skillĀ for as long as i can remember. Mark Eaton was the last one with any skill. how sad is that? I think this is the only way we will make it past the 2nd round cecause we can not contend with Complete teams. Complete teams such as Lakers they have skill from 1 clear to number 5.

I guess my argument is why are we so fearful for change we can see we are not a championship team and some nights not ever a playoff team. so why dont we cut our losses and straighten up our flaws im tired of being mediocre yea playoffs every year are great but how would a championship for the long deserving fans feel?

  1. For the record…

Al had 20 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists, and 5 blocks..

And you can’t do much with only 9 minutes on the floor, especially when your fully effective with 25+ (CJ)

however, I am as equally frustrated as you, hope we get the W.

We don’t need another Center. Al has proven he can defend Gasol, Howard, and the other Bigs in the League. We need a wing guy that can hit the three, defend the perimeter, and create a play for himself, Thats all… We could use depth at the 2 spot as well.

    Two things are painfully clear:

    1. Deron is visibly frustrated and unhappy. He is completely off his game and not acting like the leader of this team at all.

    2. We need a trade.

What we need is not fickle fans who are always looking on the other side of the fence. The band wagon is full when we win, but when we loose it is a very lonely place.

Your the best Jazz fan in the world! Congratulations!

The bright side is the problems with the jazz are all mental. I think every player has showed at one point that they can effectively play there role on the team. You could call it chemistry, but what It basically comes down to is consistency. Sloan and deron are the ones who can fix this. Both are frustrated. These losses hurt so bad because we all know the jazz can play better. Ideally, a trade for a sick wing or center would undoubtedly make us elite. But we are just potential right now.
