He really is a class act, and I’m very glad we re-signed him and he got his big payday. At first I was a little skeptical of the amount of money we were going to pay him but I have no doubts the more I think about it. Basketball wise, he is very efficient when he gets in the game and he’s a great guy to have as a 5th big that never complains, yet only adds a sense of positivity and enjoyment of the game to the team. He’s a great entertainer on the court and a great role model for kids. So, like I said, if you haven’t read his post, read it and enjoy.

I’ve always loved Jeremy Evans ever since the Jazz drafted him. He is obviously an exciting player and can really get the crowd going, but what really makes him my favourite player is his personality. He’s no big-shot and always accepts the advise/opinion of the coaches or senior players, and his role on the TEAM; an all-round great guy. The article on the website proves what we’ve always known. I hope the Jazz keep him for a very long time…
He is getting peanuts compared to other contracts. I hope he can do very well the next couple of years then he can earn the big contract. Glad he is back..
Call me hopeful, but he actually looks like he’s put on a little weight in those pictures. As a player – he’s already a good defender – good timing for shot-blocking and good lateral movement for his size. I think his jumper is underrated too, just doesn’t get enough playing time.
Big Pay Day? The guy could of got more money and more minutes anywhere else. Which just proves what a stand up guy he is and that he truly is dedicated to both the community and the franchise. which is why I just placed an order for his jersey now that I know it’s going to have some shelf life.
I really hope the Jazz utilize him a lot more this season because he truly is a tremendous athlete and deserves some minutes. Now that we have a proper season with training camp and full practices I don’t see any reason why we shouldn’t.
