VERY FRUSTERATED!!!

I realy want to be a more optimistic fan this year and in general. But its hard when the same old song and dance goes on. I know that we will NEVER be in the running for a Steve Nash or Dwight Howard it frusterates me to no end that while there are many good and available free agents that are quickly being snatched up the best the Jazz can come up with is bringing back Mo Williams, while I am happy to have him back and feel that he is better for us than Harris, its just sooooo hard to get excited,,the Jazz have a history of bringing players back,,Blue Edwards, John Crottie, Benoit, Bailey, just to name a few and believe me there are  a lot more. Its just so hard when you see these other teams,,,even teams like the trailblazers every year or 2 seem to get decent free agents to come and play the Jazz can’t even land a Mike Dunleavy or a Luke Walton or a Steve Blake,,anybody with a decent notable name who has been in the league for a few years, its always the same old crap,,bring in someone we have already had or bring in someone that is on the downhill side of there career,,Danny Manning, Tom Gugliota, Tom Chambers, the only time we ever got anyone late in there career who still had something to offer was Jeff Hornacek, heck I am surprised we arent trying to bring in Greg Oden, or Greg Ostertag out of retirement or Jason Collins,,it certainly wouldn’t surprise me,,no we will end up trading like Paul Milsap along with Alec Burks for Kenyon Martin that is the kind of crap they pull all the time,,,lets get in the mix before it is to late and bring in someone with a name that will make an impact right off of the bat.

O cry me a freak’in river ya lets bring in luke walton the only guy who made it to the nba because of his dad not his talent

  2. Marty says:

With the Marvin deal, the Jazz are getting up against the cap. No cap room = no free agents. Best chance for another move is to trade Al or Paul.

While I’d love to see Al traded, I’m not expecting much more movement with the Jazz roster prior to the season.

  3. Omar says:

@Marty Im with you. Our best bet is Bulls matching Asik, leaving Houston with probably ZERO starters. Greg Smith is their lone center and C Fortson is their lone PG, they will be desperate.

  4. yeah good call marty. I think wait till the dust settles with dwight howard and see some teams make a good offer for Sap or Al.

  5. Sounds like Management wants to keep Sap. Long term contract would make it comfortable to come off the bench for sap but I think anything over 7 mil is overpaying. I would be ok overpaying to like 8mil if it drops at the end of his contract. We might need a new coach. I just dont see rotations working at all. We sign Evans? He had zero minutes. We wont play sap at 3 now, especially with Marvin williams and Hayward there. Corbin needs to figure something out. Just making playoffs doesnt cut it. We have good talent.

  6. John Matern says:

The Jazz re-signed Evens because we can’t afford all our bigs in the future. So when Al or Sap aren’t around after next season we will still have 4 bigs.

  7. KCJones says:

The Pacers are stupid. They are matching the Portland TrailBlowzers max contract offer for Hibbert. A better move would have been to move Granger for Al or something.

  8. I didnt say Luke Walton was the answer JAZZ QUEEN, I was just saying that we dont even go for that level of talent, we stick with what we already have had in the past and im sick of it

  9. JAZZ KING says:

@brandon go after guys that should not be in the nba ya that would help our team. Don’t assume that koc is not calling about every free agent that he thinks could improve our team. If your sick of it don’t be a fan until october.
