the jazz are getting off to such slow starts part of me thinks carroll should start just to provide that energy to the game that always seems missing from the starting lineup. maybe a mo,foye, carroll, favors, jefferson. lineup. allowing hayward and marvin to tear up teams second units. ending the game is a completely different matter though.

  2. L.K.Anderson says:

Mo, Burks, Heyward, Favors, Sap. Second unit AL, Marvin, Kanter, Watson, Foye.
At least thirty minutes to Favors, AL, Sap,Heyward.
Twenty five minutes to Marvin, Mo, Kanter.
    Fifteen minutes to Burks, Foye.
    Ten minutes to Evans, Watson.
End of game Marvin, Sap, Favors,Mo, Heyward.
By the way for you fellas who wanted Bogut or Bynum They are still both out with injuries with no return in sight.

  3. Omar says:

I agree with LK pretty much, Id just DNP Watson and give those minutes to Burks.

Sap needs minutes AWAY from Al; thats what is making Millsap look especially bad. Favors makes everyone better and Al makes everyone worse, so that why Favors makes Al seem like hes playing decent but really its Favors patrolling the entire paint. Millsap is a better defender than we are currently seeing; hope Sap gets some minutes with Favors instead of being hip-tied to Al–Al just gets the benefit closing with Favors so we don’t see how horrible he is. Favors and Sap combo was dynamite last year.

  4. Omar says:

p.s. I wish Monty Williams was the Jazz coach…..sigh….sigh….

    :*(

  5. L.K.Anderson says:

I would also DNP Watson but I don’t think it is going to happen. Carroll can also be used as a spark.
I think Kanter could learn a lot playing alongside AL.
I still like the idea of trading for Calderon. He is a good solid vet who if he has to start for the injured Mo there will not be a letdown.
I would also agree when Sap and AL play together Heyward does not get enough looks. That is why a Favors/Sap and Kanter/AL combination look good.
Look for Favors to start the next game..

  6. Adam says:

@L.K.Anderson, I like the idea of getting Calderon if he would take a backup role to Mo. We signed Mo first and in my opinion, he is our starting PG. If we didn’t really have a set “PG” and “Backup PG,” but played almost position less basketball at the one and two spots, then I think we could make it work. Ideally, I would have Calderon be a backup for Mo, that way we aren’t cutting into Hayward, Foye, Burks minutes.

  7. Millslapped says:

Better start Favors at Center unless you want Robin Lopez to have a 25 & 10 night

  8. L.K.Anderson says:

@Adam:Mo has already missed three games. With Calderon there would be no letup as the backup. I think he only has one more year on his contract also.Tisley and Watson are no better than third stringers.

  9. Omar says:

What is this!! Points in the FN PAINT!!!

If I win Powerball lottery I will buy the Jazz and fire Corbin.

  10. Millslapped says:

Sorry but Al and Millsap are terrible defensively.

  11. disco says:

Hurry up and win Powerball Omar

  12. Omar says:

Hahaha, no dice! I was gonna bring back some purple alternate jerseys…..sadness.
