CJ had a decent game. There I said it. Happy? It DOES happen every 10 games or so, so its not THAT surprising. Its the other nine where he goes 1-8, 1-5, 2-9 that I have a problem with. It’s the dumb fouls at terrible times and situations I have a problem with.
Although, if he can defend well (which I’ll give him he’s been doing better at as of late), and temper his itch to take every jumpshot possible and drive to the hoop instead (I’m also seeing that), he could be a great role player for this team. I’ll even let him shoot three daggers when we’re up by six points or more and end-of-shot-clock-kickout threes.
Joe Johnson went off for 37 points with CJ guarding him most of the game. Are you really trying to plug him with this pathetic post?
