I can’t remember the last time I was uneasy when the Jazz were up by 18 in a game. I can’t remember the last time I was uneasy when the Jazz lead by 13 in the fourth quarter. I can’t remember the last time the Jazz broke my heart so many times in so few games.
I remember a post a little bit ago titled “losing sleep”. I knew I didn’t even need to read the post because I knew exactly how the author felt. Literally losing sleep over a game may be pathetic… but its happening.
All of my roommates usually end up falling asleep watching the Jazz games with me because they end up being 4 hours long because there’s so many sexual plays from the Jazz that I cant help but rewind them several times. This game was no different.
That alley oop from Earl to CJ was one of the greatest things I’ve seen all year. The first dunk from Howard was sick. That save from Earl (off his own miss) back into Favors was almost too much. When Al had the ball 1 on 1 against Love at the end, I knew he would make it.
All of those great plays down the toilet. My heart in a million pieces. Losing sleep. I have to have this feeling for 4 days. Sigh.
Sorry this post has no insight.
