Can the Amnesty Clause be used on an injured player?

   Yes you can. Brandon Roy is the example.

   However Amnesty had to be used by a couple of weeks ago. It is done for the year..

   I wonder if players arent going to play as hard knowing if they get hurt they will just get waived…?
