This trade intrigues me!

This trade intrigues me except for the fact I would rather get rid of Jefferson than Millsap, but it would be Favors in the starting lineup and get us a very  nice young PG and  proven veteran. Plus, Hollinger projects a +1 for each team in the trade. Let me know what you guys think.
