I don’t think Denver helps themselves out at all by getting Noah for Melo; look at their front court depth already (despite them being banged up):
Nene, Birdman, Balkman, Harrington, Shelden Williams, Kenyon Martin. Even Malik Allen, whom is a FA, could be back there.
Perhaps it would be safer to think they would pull the trigger on a multiple player deal, but who else would (could) Chicago throw in?

Any move that will benefit the Jazz. it would make the nuggets easier to beat I really don’t care were he ends up as long as its not with the lakers or any other team in the west.

Their cornerstone of D-Rose isn’t even close to leaving and their GM even said that their team is built to succeed in the long term. If they had him now I would put the Bulls up there with both the Heat and Celtics as title contending teams in the West, but it wouldn’t help much in the long run
Dave801 said 2 years, 8 months ago: Call me crazy, but a Chicago team with Rose/Korver/Boozer/Noah seems more rounded than a Bulls with Rose/Korver/Anthony/Boozer. They aren’t missing an offence at all with their current team, and thats what Melo brings to the table. If they trade Noah and say Taj Gibson or Johnson it seem that they would be creating defence and depth problems for themselves for an offensive option that I don’t think they need. Maybe I’m nuts, I don’t know, but I don’t like the trade.
