Harris for who ? Poll results

Yesterday I posted a poll question about who would you like the Jazz to have in return for Devin Harris had the actual trade rumor to come into life. I proposed a list of 6 names coming from previous discussions on this “hot” topic, and asked you to vote by ranking the 3 PG you would like to see.  I would like to thank everybody for their participation. It’s always fun to see the number of visits and comments to a blog raise during the day (actually my late afternoon). Here are the rough results:

Number of votants: 17

Method: 4 pts for n°1 ; 2 pts for n°2 ; 1 pt for n°3

Results: Rondo (36 pts), Calderon (30 pts), Augustin (17 pts), Nash (16), Felton (5),  Miller (2), others (3)including John Stockton … if James Seaman’s time machine is ready to go !

Rajon Rondo is the apparent winner … but is the only one that is being contested by several participants. He is said to be a “hot head”. I don’t know if it’s true, I guess you end up like that if you have to live 8 months a year with Garnett and Pierce … He may reveal himself a good fellow living with Paul Millsap and Earl Watson ! Maybe the real no-brainer for Jazz Nation is José Calderon.  The Raptors have yet lost the season once again and may want to change something in their line-up right now.

   I try to avoid posting links here, but if you are calling for Rondo, you should take a minute to read this:

   Oh and for those of you who say Deron was a pouter and had a bad attitude, with Rondo, you’d get that tenfold. Calderon is a good option. I don’t hate the idea of Ridnour either.

   I think Calderon´s possibility and we have a good chance to goal it. What about: Harris + CJ= Calderon. Raptors can´t say no.

   I’m one to say, talented players will figure it out, i think harris is too talented and too smart to not figure this out. Yes harris is not gonna be Dwill 2.0, but he is a better option than most in the league.
   my vote weould be to keep him, the chemistry with this team is great, why fracture it right now?
   If we were to trade him, i would give calderon my vote, THERE IS NO WAY WE GET RONDO! Another guy i would like to see, jameer nelson

   The Raptors would say no. Calderon is playing well for them, why would they want Harris. Adding CJ isn’t enough to make that trade happen.

   You’re not getting any of those guys. Best bet is to wait and hopefully both guys continue to improve then at the end of the season they become more valuable in a trade IF such should be necessary.
