NBA League Pass questions?
Posted by: jason michael crannell on August 22nd, 2012
The author's views are entirely his or her own and may not reflect the views of the Utah Jazz.A couple questions for those who have actually had NBA League Pass in the past.
How many Jazz games out of the 82 regular season contests can I expect to see?
How many of those games can I expect to see in HD?
Will I be facing black out issues on a consistent basis?
I’ll really appreciate any and all feedback…thanks.

As long as a game isn’t on a big network it is showed on league pass. So if it’s on ESPN or TNT you cannot access it on league pass. So the Jazz generally get lots of games showed on league pass because they are on ESPN and TNT only like two or three times a year. I’d say you will get anywhere from 60-75 Jazz games.
As far as HD goes they are all in hd as long as you have a good fast internet connection.
If you sign up early it’s only 100 bucks. (at least it was like 2 years ago when I did it) It’s a great deal for 100 bucks if you ask me because it’s not just for Jazz games, you can watch anything. It’s always fun to watch big games that didn’t get televised or watch young guys play that you never get to see on TV.
I bought the international one two years ago got every game, Jazz or the other unimportant ones.
Also, You will not get the games that are played in your local market.
I believe the Jazz don’t play a single Thursday game so no TNT games. Should be a good year to League Pass it. Also, how ridiculous is it that you can’t just buy a league pass and watch every game of a single team?? SOOOO stupid.
Keep in mind that if you live in Utah all Utah Jazz league pass broadband games will be blacked out due to the television contracts.
The good thing is you are in Florida, so you might get screwed four times Magic 2x, Heat 2x. Just make sure its working day 1, cuz sometimes they screw the codes and you are missing channels. Once I had ESPN channels for a week til a tech had to come and personally input the codes. But thats Time Warner which is trash when it comes to customer service…hahaha one time a rep actually asked me, “are sure the season started??” I wanted to smash my phone! Hahaha.
