Jazz moving up to pick 2, D-Will 2.0

The Jazz are in talks with a deal that would land them the number 2 pick overall. It is saying they want to move up to draft Derrick Williams. I think it is a good move, but I kind of wanted Brandon Knight. We would still keep our 12th pick, we would not be able to draft Chris Singleton anymore (A likely player for the pick) and would most likely draft Jimmer, Marcus Morris, or Bismack Biyombo.

The deal could involve Devin Harris, Paul Millsap, and Jonny Flynn.

   Washington would be a good place for Millsap where he could play alongside McGee who could protect the rim while Millsap and Wall do all of the scoring. But if we deal Millsap we’d better get much more than Johnny Flynn…

   Not gonna happen, not this particular deal anyway. It costs way to much just to move up one spot.

   Millsap alone could probably net the #2 pick.

   Yeah. Another thing I noticed is Minnesota may take Kanter at 2, and Irving should go 1. So D-Will 2.0 might be there anyway, even without a trade…

   Ruin my day? I don’t care I wasn’t planning on getting Williams anyway I’m just giving articles for other Jazz fans too.

   There will be a whole lot of rumors for another few hours. This one is far from being close. Salaries do not match up close enough. There has been a three way deal that is pending with Bucks, Bobcats, Kings..
