We would like to thank everybody for all of their submissions this year! It is never an easy process to whittle down 95 entries to the 30 that will make it to the final interview round.
We will contact the finalists via email (that you supplied when you signed up) to setup interview times the week of November 1st. These interviews can be done over the phone, or in person. You must complete the interview process in order to be considered. A couple notes about being a Jazzbot:
- It is NOT a paid position
- You will be asked to write up to two times per week
- You will be scrutinized by the reader-base, be ready for feedback, both positive and negative and take it in stride – we do not encourage Jazzbot writers to get into “flame-ups” with readers.
To those that didn’t make the finalist cuts, we would like to encourage you to continue to blog on UtahJazz360 as this site was developed for just that; fan interaction, opinion, and use.
