C4 Facts

The author's views are entirely his or her own and may not reflect the views of the Utah Jazz.Jazz are 16-7 when Burks plays 20+ mins
Jazz are 19-12 when Favors plays 25+ mins
Jazz are 12-3 when Favors starts
Jazz are 90-95 last three years when Al plays
Jazz are 90-93 when Paul plays
Jazz are 5-1 when Al doesn’t play
Jazz are 5-3 when Paul doesn’t play
Point is that the C4 need time over the veterans. I think if we play them the same minutes that the veterans are getting, we would have a better record and our young guys would only be getting better. especially Favors , Burks, and even Kanter. when they play we just flat out Win! 12-3 is plenty of reason favors should start! same thing goes for Burks, 16-7 is enough of a reason he should be playing at least 25 mins.
Anyways just thought that this was intriguing and wanted to share with you guys. #Firecorbin #freeBurksdfavs&kanter

This all depends on “who” the Jazz play. Your “facts” are maybe out of lesser teams. Just sayin..
You would think that it would all be by teams below .500. Lets look at this year for an example, we are 4 and 16, i believe, playing teams with a winning record. 4-16!!!!!! That is with burks getting DNPs for the 1st part of the year and is currently averaging barely over 10 min a game. Favors is also playing a whopping 20 min a game. While Al and Milsap are averaging 33 and 31 min a game! Here’s another example. What happened when al didn’t play against Toronto? Favors started and the jazz blew the raptors out of the water!! Completely destroyed them by like 25-30 points!! I know your gonna say “but that was the raptors and they suck” we’ll what about when we play phx on 12/14 and lost 84-99 or what about when we lost to NO Hornets or Sacramento!! These were all games where Al played and he supposedly is our “best player”. Well if that’s true then we are in a world of Hirt because we lose to crappy teams when are “best player” scores 25 but also gives up 25 on the other end.
I know in the games Al didnt play Jazz held teams to 92.3 points per game in regulation. And Jazz averaged about 115 points per game.
Totally agree wirh you Jarum: its the most practical course of action. Favors is averaging, over 3 seasons, about 17 minutes per game less than all #3 picks since 2000, so you figure thats about 51 minutes per 3 year career less than all ##3 picks (with the exception of Morrison in his 3rd year was at 15 minutes per game).
@Tacorev: you can even extend your 49er analogy.
Alex Smith is Al and Millsap, while Kaepernick is Favors and Kanter.
Watson should never get a second more than Burks, period.
Thanks Omar, it’s amazing to me that we traded our superstar for two #3 picks that the coach won’t even play. It doesn’t make sense!! 115-92=23 point difference. That’s ALOT!!
Favors only got 18 min..play him more please!!!
Sure am glad Jefferson and Milsap played tonight against Miami, don’t think C4 could have won.
Kanter, Favors, and Hayward sure blew that game wide open in the 2nd…..AND Jazz ran offense through Hayward in closing minutes—not iso Al.
Obviously we weren’t watching the same game deb. 2nd quarter is when we built our lead. Milsap and Jefferson were out most of the second quarter. ISO Al just doesn’t work. Al did pretty good on offensive side and rebounding but he kept letting people get uncontested layups
There are “lies, damn lies and statistics.”
The devil is in the details, but you’ve got to love the young C4 and JD for the future.
