That’s it. I’ve Seen Enough.

The author's views are entirely his or her own and may not reflect the views of the Utah Jazz.Look, I’ve held off of the Fire Corbin band wagon for a long time. But this is getting ridiculous. Jazz Nation, I don’t know what we have to do…write letters, make signs at games, facebook pages, whatever. Tryone Corbin must go. He’s a great guy. Seriously I have NOTHING against him personally. But, when Favors sits like he did tonight, after his HUGE performance, I just can’t take it anymore. This is PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL! What’s the problem?
I want ideas! How do we, Jazz Nation, make our voices heard to the front office?

I completely agree, I have stayed off too long, and even got into the defending Corbin mode, but after watching closer in the last games, he needs to go. EARL WATSON IS STARTING OVER BURKS.
My first time…
#FireCorbin
I am in too after tonight.
I think this game broke a lot of fans. Its pretty much personal and not basketball related when it comes to Corbin’s coaching. I do not begrudge Favors for checking out the rest of the season.
So if Favors stops trying to block every shot, and doesn’t rebound aggressively, doesn’t play the P&R with effort. I do not blame Favors. Even if he asked for a trade in the off-season.
The thing that kills me about it, is I have been saying Favors needs to be aggressive. Finally he gets aggressive and he gets benched. There is something wrong with that.
Fire Corbin right now will be dumbest idea ever. Next season will come soon, mistakes are there and we can see it, so…
The Jazz twitterverse was trending(utaatmil) #1 for moment tonight. I think Mass tweets to @GreginUtah @mharpring15 @davidlocke and anyone else in the orginization with #firecorbin tag used as much as possible. Signage and boo’s should also be directed towards Corbin. Holding the media guys accountable too would be nice. I tweeted @dfavors14 to show support. I think he needed it tonight.
Wait, are you guys blaming Corbin for going with Millsap down the stretch over Favors? Really? I love Favors, and believe he is the future, but if you think he is a reliable scorer down the stretch the way Paul is and has proved time and time again, then you might need to look into following a different sport.
Foye, Marvin, and Earl were awful. Yes we all saw, and now I believe I was right when I called Marvin “CJ 2.0″. But those guys played bench minutes tonight like they should have. Hayward and Burks played 35+, while Demarre played 32 minutes. They also played the most important minutes of the game. I don’t think we can blame Corbin there except maybe he should have gone to Jeremy over Marvin as anything seems like an upgrade right now.
I was hoping Corbin would go a big 3 lineup but then who would he have took out down the stretch? Carroll, Burks, or Hayward who were all playing great ball?
The sole blame of this game has to fall on Earl, Foye, and Marvin. I’m a big Foye fan, but tonight his shot wasn’t falling and he made several bad mistakes on defense.
Give MIL credit. They hit big shots down the stretch when they were on the ropes. They out hustled our guys in the 2nd on the O-glass and they beat up on the 3rd quarter squad. Hayward & Kanter took a while to get going tonight.
The future is bright though, got to be excited for next season. The Burks/Hayward & Kanter pnr was great down the stretch.
When they put the best shot blocker on Millsap and shutted him down, there should have been a counter. Instead, Corbin went to him for the next two straight possessions, really?
ThanVII
Good point. Bucks switched Sanders on to Millsap and Ilyasova on Kanter.
Why not continue to attack Ilyasova via Kanter?
The thing with the Favors not getting back in is the whole veteran / young guy discrepancy in how Ty treats them. Al starts and no matter HOW the guys behind him play, Al comes back in. Al can suck it up, get us in a huge hole, Kanter and Favors come in and get us the lead back, and who finishes? AL! Every time! So I can only assume Favors expected to be treated like Al is treated when he starts, but was not. I would actually prefer Ty go with the hot hand, and I think the decision was probably right in that regard, but WHY doesn’t Al then see the bench? THAT’s why I hate TY as the future coach of this team. I think he’s not the right coach for a group of young guys. And why doesn’t D-Locke address this discrepency? Discuss whether it’s good for our future? He mentions that Corbin does it, but its the number one crux of the whole Tyrone Corbin situation for me. Ty has a skewed view, is veteran-biased and it hurts the team now and I’m scared how it will hurt the team in the future, especially since we’re a re-building team trying to win now with veterans. He is TOTALLY the wrong coach for what management is trying to do.
#firecorbin. No more excuses.
