The author's views are entirely his or her own and may not reflect the views of the Utah Jazz.A 17-2 run to finish off the second quarter puts the Jazz in a hole that they can’t dig themselves out of on the road, and they fall 104-84 at Denver.
The Jazz were destroyed in the paint by Kenneth Faried and Kosta Koufos — wait, seriously? Kosta Koufos?? You’ve got to be kidding me. Jefferson in particular was owned time and time again by Kosta Koufos. That absolutely disgusts me.
Faried finished with 18 & 11 while Koufos had 15 & 9. Corey Brewer (the next scrub to own the Jazz) scored a game-high 20 on 5-of-8 from 3-point range.
Hayward scored 15 on 6-of-7 shooting, while Foye and Kanter each added 13. Favors had a double-double with 10 & 11, as well as five blocked shots.
Jefferson scored a pathetic four points, going 1-for-9. Mo only had two points before leaving early due to injury.
0-4 on the road. Tomorrow night we’re home for the Suns. Hopefully Mo’s strained groin muscle won’t keep him out too long.

Jefferson was schooled by the Jazz’s old bench boy. I think it’s time for Jefferson to take Koufos’ old place, and give Favors and Kanter the chance to show what they’ve got. But that’s a rational viewpoint, and Corbin is clearly not a rational coach. Favors has five blocked shots? He’s had enough, stick Jefferson back in. What a joke.
There were definitely some questionable calls in the game, but every Jazz player with the exception of Hayward, Favors and Kanter seemed to have lead in their shoes. Embarrassing loss.
If Mo’s out we are screwed! Tinsley is GARBAGE! he cant shoot, cant run offense, stops dribbling, plays no defense, cant jump….He is nowhere near his player, either cause they are blowing bye him or they are playing a mile off him cause cant shoot. Big Al is also ridiculous! trade him for decent back up point gaurd asap.

All this talk about Sloan is making me homesick for the past, when the Jazz were a hard nose tough team…..
This game was absolutely pathetic!!! Jazz need to make a move ASAP! Koufos, like Robin Lopez, is looking like All Stars, there is no interior D. Even Rick Barry was saying looked disinterested. It obvious to everyone but Corbin and Jazz FO. That starting frontcourt is bad…how do I know, cuz of all last season. How many games do we need to see before its reality.
Favors should never see less than 30 minutes, PERIOD! Or Hayward. If Mo goes down we are in a world of hurt. Id start Hayward at PG tomorrow, if no Mo.
This game is a reflection of the coach…enough said.

I would love to see the line-up: Mo Williams, Hayward, Ma William, Favors, Kanter Line-up once..just to see how that would play out!

Al is getting pwned by scrub centers. Robin Lopez, Brandan Wright, now Kosta Doufos. Not to mention Marc Gasol, Tim Duncan, and Howard even had 19 and 10 in spite of the Lakers issues.
In my opinion of what I saw was that we didnt have any energy out on the floor last night . The only ones that seemed to play with any was Favours and Hayward . Everybody else looked like they didnt want to play this game .
My other insight was if this team doesnt learn to play as a team in this utterly tough Western Conference then this will be a long season for us fans . period ….
